ATA/SDS healthenroll.net Was not told this was ATA/SDS or I would have seen the rip-off report! BIG INSURANCE SCAM Internet
My company was changing to a higher costing insurance plan that didn't meet all my needs and I was desperate to find lower cost insurance and a better plan. I saw a fax on our fax machine at work about lower cost insurance so i called the 800 number and spoke to a very nice lady named Linda Rocher. She gave me the basic details of the plan and even emailed me full color details that outlined a very good and affordable plan for myself. I of course was very excited that I thought I had found a great affordable plan that covered all of my needs at a decent price.
This is where I started to get skeptical: When she asked me for my bank details over the phone and gave me only two days to decide (open enrollment ended that Friday) I was a little hesitant, but the info seemed legit and she even emailed me a link where I could look up my doctor and he did participate. (Found out later this is a scam, they email you a link to a well-known provider that almost any doctor takes to lead you to believe it's legit when they don't even particpate!) I stupidly gave her my info and she said it would go through the next week.
When I told my HR director I was no longer going to participate in the company based program she asked me what I had found so I gave her the info I had received. By the next day she told me our Insurance broker (who is also a lawyer) called Linda and Linda was very hesitant to tell him anything, but he did find out it was not a PPO plan as she had told me, but a plan with nothing but discount cards and the provider she said they were affiliated with (Multiplan) were not. I immediately called her for more info in writing and when she kept putting me off I emailed her to tell her I no longer wanted the plan and to cancel everything. She gave me a two word email: NO PROBLEM which for me was a little scary but I still thought she wouldn't charge me since I had everything in writing via email.
Yesterday a debit was placed against my checking account for $363 by ATA / SDS which I've known for years as a scam insurance company. If I had even known they were involved this wouldn't have taken place, but bottom line is: If it sounds to good to be true it usually is. I have my bank working on this with my fraud department, my calls to Linda and emails to her have been unanswered (of course) and I can't access the healthenroll.net website for some reason (it is telling me it will not allow me to access the site). Bottom line is, if they won't give you FULL DETAILS in writing and they ask for your bank details up front with nothing in writing hang up immediately. These people are good and will make you feel very comfortable and personable, I hope Linda and the company she's scamming with goes to jail, I'm sure I'm not the only one she's ripped off!

Multiplan is aware of this scam and they were being used as the "provider" for their plan, even giving people a link to their providers to make it look like your doctor participated. If anyone else has been taking by ATA / SDS under the facade that Multiplan was the provider please contact them at (((Redacted))) and give them all of the information healthenroll.net gave you. They have the FBI involved on their behalf and the more people who give their information the more ammunition we will have against these slimebags!

The phone number for Linda Rocher goes to a voicemail that now says the number is not available and to leave a voicemail, so I left a choice one. Email still not replied to and www.healthenroll.net is blocked for viewing. I have all the emails and information she sent me so I am taking this to the Insurance fraud department of New York and my bank will get my money back or I will be refunded. I would like to know if there is a way to block ATA/SDS from continuing to try to get money from your account or if I will have to close and open a new account.
