Complaint Review: ATC Income Tax

 This location off Hwy 85 in Riverdale , GA did my taxes and entered the wrong amount of income on the computer and it did not match what irs had on file for me. I had to wait 21 days before I even was notified by irs that a copy of my w2, had to be sent out to them before they could release my return because the amoun the amount entered on computer did not match what was on w2.

I had to do the leg work by going to post office, mailing the w2 and then irs told me it would take another 6wks, from the 21 days I already had been waiting to get my refund back yet I still had to pay them to do my taxes. You can research this company on google, yahoo which I searched after I noticed this error and the company is under review by irs, a local news channel report on them from a filer complaint, and on bbb, it is stated the business is no longer in bussines under that name but they are conducting business under the nsme. BEWARE!!! Research them the information is there. Learn from my mistake free of charge!
