Although I had had a very good relationship with ATGWS, paid for and received several watches, I could get nowhere when I sent back a watch for repair. Unfortunately I lost the mailing receipt so had no proof of mailing. The company denied receipt of my watch and then stopped responding to my emails. Pity. I was a good customer and would think that it would be to their advantage to come to some sort of compromise.
