ath power They refused to pay me for my work Andover Massachusetts
Hi, I worked with this business as a mystery shopper and had multiple issues with them in many area: 1. My payment was always delayed and I
had to ask them to pay me otherwise they never initiate a payment. I emailed this person, Ellen Barkhouse each time my payment was delayed
and was never able to get paid on time for my work. 2. Most recently, I performed a shop for Eastern Bank located at 176 Alewife Brook
Parkway Cambridge MA. It was a bonus shop and it comes with $10 bonus on top of the regular pay of $20. (TOTAL: $30) After I completed the
shop, I wrote the report for them as usual. I received at least three emails from this QC person, Cheryl Bacon, and she kept asking me to add
more details into my report. I spent my time and efforts to add the information she asked but in the end, she declined my report by saying that I
made a direct product inquiry, which I never did. I have explained to her that there is an misunderstanding in my words in my report, but instead
I never did. I also questioned her why she declined my report after asking so many details from me instead of declining my report in the first
report. She never answered my questions directly and clearly. If she determined that I made a direct inquiry, she should have declined my report
in the first place, without asking me so many questions afterwards, but eventually declined my report without considering how much time and
efforts I spent on this shop. And I have emphasized that I never made a direct inquiry. Based on their frequent delayed payment to me and this
very fishy activities from this QC person, Cheryl Bacon, I am certain that they used my report eventually but declined to pay me using this
excuses Cheryl Bacon came up. I am asking the business to further investigate this matter and Cheryl Bacon's behavior as she declined my
report based on her personal judgment which is very irrational and unethical. I spent so much time and efforts to do this shop, and I should be
paid for the work I had done for them.
