I ordered CBD oil online from an artho health add expecting a sample bottle for $4.95. I got the bottle and they charged my card $97. I called the number and left several messages, all I get is a voicemail and no return call . I sent them several emails to the email address and have yet to receive an email in return. They just charged me another $97 for another bottle. I am contacting my bank to let them know of the scam. I don't know if I should send this other bottle back to this address.
