Athletic Club Refusal to cancel membership. Denied certified letter, refuse to respond to email cancelation request, inperson will not tell you were the billing department is in the bldg. Also will tell you billing management is not in Santa Clarita California
I fofilled my contractual obligation with the Athletic Club in SANTA CLARITA CA.over a year ago and am trying to cancel my membership.
I sent a email to them through there web site for a request of membership cancelation and recieved NO response. I went to the gym on 2 differnt occassions and differnt times of day and on both visits the denied anyone from the billing department was in. I prepared a certified letter requesting cancellation of my membership. But they wouldn't know that because for 7 days they refused delivery and the cert letter was returned. So here's my post DONT DO BUSINESS WITH SANTA CLARITA CA ATHLETIC CLUB. The staff are good people and friendly but management are the most unscuplise people ever no ethics or morals flat out thieves. Besides that the equipment is old and worn out, machines do not get serviced unless they break and the place is always smells
