Complaint Review: ATI - AOL

Won item on ebay, made my payment for this item. The seller wanted to get payed fast, so they could ship item fast. After some time I did not hear from them, so i sent an email and they did reply. They said that the item had to come from oversea. It did not say anything on ebay about that. I did get them on the phone one time, after that nothing. I sent more emails to them and they said that they where sorry for the delay.

After some time I could not get them on the phone or any e-mails, until I sent an email saying that I was going to report them to the Square Trade online and the (IFCC). They said if I file a report that it would just take longer. It has been over 60 days now and I can not get them on the phone or any e-mails. I did file a report with the Square Trade and the (IFCC). I do have all the paper work on this matter. I know that there are more people with this some problem. Thank You
