When I purchased this diet, the cable station on TV from which I ordered it said if you were not satisfied, return it for a full refund. I was not satisfied and returned it UPS on 2/1/02. I failed to put my packing slip in the box with my letter to the company explaining the reason I returned it. The only information was on the outside of the package with my return address only. I called the phone number which I ordered the product and they gave me the same number on my packing slip. When I called this phone number, it is a fully automated phone number and the only option I had was to leave my name and phone number for someone to call me back. It has now been two weeks since I returned the product and have made numerous long distance phone calls and left my phone number and nobody has bothered to call me back. I only wanted someone to call me back and tell me a fax number I could fax my packing slip and letter to so I could get my refund. After checking further I have found there is no phone number for the address on the packing slip nor is there a website to contact. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in their area and have heard nothing yet. I just want my money back.

http://atkinscenter.com/dev/index.html It seems about as *official* as you can get.

Who did you purchase it from? Something like Home Shopping Network? Shop at Home TV? Or a paid program? And have you kept the initial phone number or address you used to place the order?

In any case, this site may or may not help. They also have contact information, including a toll free number 1-800-2-ATKINS. Perhaps they can further assist you.
