Complaint Review: ATLANTA FIVE STAR LIMOUSINES

I contacted this company in july for a december 2 event. i paid him half to have an excursion limo to carry 20 people to atlanta. spoke with mr. blair on the thursday before everything is fine.

2 limos arrive at my home on friday. i have a contract for one excursion limo to come to my home. the limos were too small to carry 20 people. 4 of my guests had to drive.

i had to contact mr. blair he did not contact me. he was not sorry that he sent the wrong limo. i was told there was nothing he could do. the contract i had with him was absolutely no good!!

this was a 13th birthday party for my daughter. it was so horrible. the people that drove to atlanta did not have a parking pass or anything!! it was a nightmare!!

i had to pay the drivers the rest of the money, or they would have left the people that were able to ride in the limo in atlanta stranded. i had to make my check out to a completely different company.

i called mr. blair and asked him why the different company? i never got an explanation. i assume he got a better offer to make more money on the excursion and pawned me off on another company.

i feel like i was taken advantage of because i was a woman also. thank you for you time in listening about my horrible experience with this company. mr. blair will not even talk to me about me getting any of my money back. i hope no one else has this type of experience.
