Dr. Atkins changed her company name to avoid a lawsuit.  New name same old Doctor.  Atlanta Medi Spa   Atlanta medical day spa   Botched Botox  Imported from outside the US.

I found these images including a business card made for Dr. Debra Atkins on the web. Someone must be mistaken looks like a new name to me. Signs on both locations say Atlanta Medi Spa.

Our Botox is and has always been purchased from the Allergan USA manufacturer.  Check Allergan's web page to verify.
