Antonline tried to sell me a previously used and damaged monitor that they represented as new.  The monitor they sent had the seals from Acer already broken and no packaging plastic covering the monitor inside.  The screen was covered with fingerprints from the previous owner.  They also had all of the cables in kitchen zip lock bags.  I've purchased Acer products before (and many others) and I've yet to see any companies use sandwich bags to put cables in.  Not only was it used, the touch screen part didn't work and was tested on several computers with different cables.  They had the nerve to charge a $106 restocking fee on top of the $24 it cost to send it back.  They committed fraud by representing a used product as new.  They are very unprofessional in their correspondence and I would highly recommend not patronizing their site either directly or through Amazon as a 3rd party seller.
