I ordered an item from this company.  When the package arrived it was obvious from the package size and markings that it was not the correct item.  I contacted customer service by phone and was told that the only way to return the item was to initiate a RMA on line and then return the itme at my own expense. After they received my return they issued a refund of my purchase amount, however they did not reimburse me for my return shipping costs. I contacted customer service to request reimbursement, but was contacted by a supervisor via email who stated, "I apologize for any
inconvenience with your return. Based on our return policies, shipping charges are not refundable. We are only able to refund the total amount paid for this order, and have issued you a full refund". I returned an email asking if it was a fair business policy to cause a customer to pay for a mistake by the company. After several days without the courtesy of a response I again emailed the supervisor advising that I would wait for several more business days for a response before taking the only action left open to me - to publicize their unfair business practices.  This is my effort to warn others to be very leery of dealing with ANTOnline.
