This company is horrible. I usually research any company before I purchase items online.  Unfortunately, I intended to order through Best Buy and when they did not have my product, they offered it to me through their Marketplace service.  I figured if they were verified through Best Buy that they must be a reputable company.  I WAS WRONG.

First, they sent us the WRONG product, as in the SKU numbers were no where close.  The product they sent was not the cable we needed and would not work with our equipment.  When I called to inquire about a refund, they informed me that we would be responsible for the shipping costs to send it back! SO THEY SEND US THE WRONG PRODUCT AND THEN CHARGE US TO SEND IT BACK THEM!

After several phone calls and emails to "customer service", they finally agreed to supply us a shipping label for our return.  Never did they mention that the price of shipping would be deducted from the amount of our return!  But SURPRISE, when the amount was finally refunded to us it was not the full amount we originally paid. SO DECEITFUL, that was never disclosed. 

BEST BUY SHOULD REMOVE THIS COMPANY FROM THEIR MARKETPLACE.
