This company approached us for Pm 's and started off great but sadly went down hill fast. Charged us ridicules prices on parts (we found out we didn't need) Had charged us for time at one of our stores (2.5 hours) he was there 40 minutes (cameras caught him) also caught him smoking out back of the store and actually taking food off our line! the replacement was a kid who was barely out of high school. the one was showing him how to read the dials and appeared to have left some tools at our store. Very unimpressive for such a large company.had called to ask for supervisor but "his" was on vacation this week.Have heard many horror stories about this company

I write this response after looking through our web-based call tracking software that we built in-house. We show 1 service call run at a Lil Azio, but not downtown. This was a warranty service call, meaning we went out to see them on behalf of the manufacturer of the equipment that Lil Azio bought. We act as service agents and are mandated to provide work directly how the manufacturer tells us.

I was the one that talked with the folks over there about PM (preventative maintenance service). They liked the idea, but they did not have the budget to perform the type of PM service we offer. Preventative Maintenance is just that, it works to prevent downtime of equipment. Similar to changing the oil in your car. You would not drive your car 60,000 miles without changing the oil, so why would you run your equipment the equivalent without any proper maintenance and expect it not to break with serious repair bills?

Long story short, what the person posted is not correct in any shape or form. I have the invoice that we left for the service we provided and also contacts at the manufacturer that will state that we are a reputable company. We have been in business since 1969 and are a family-run business that has second generation owners for the last decade. If what the poster said is true, then we would not be in business as long as we have, as Atlanta is a town where reputation is important.

I have tried contacting Lil Azio however have gotten no response. I think that this site should require posters to place facts, not just rant and provide completely inaccurate facts.
