If you have to plan a special event do not use the Atlanta Steakhouse. This restaurant is the most unorganized mess I have ever seen.

Our family planned a wedding rehearsal there one month in advance. We called 4 times to make sure that everything was on schedule and it all was confirmed.
The bridal party and 20 out of town guest show up to the restaurant, and they have no record of the rehersal dinner.

Imagine 36 people waiting to go inside.

Finally they find the record, and it was supposed to be upstairs, with a buffet style dinner, tables lined up, and to no avail absolutely nothing. It was chaos. So the owner shows up finally from out of the office dressed in jeans and a baseball cap (mind you this is an upscale restaurant), and claims the best he can do is give us 5% off the dinners. His excuse was the employee that made the reservation know longers works for the company. Ok thats fine but the 3 other young ladies we talked to knew we were coming.

The food is great but the management SUCKS! Please do not plan any type of event there.

The owner did not appoligize for the inconvinence, or even offer the Bride and Groom a free dinner or anything, just complained about..what should I do give my food away for free?

Where is the customer service nowadays?

My husband and I were the last ones to leave the dinner, and the waiter that served us actually said that there has been a lot of changes in the last month. "Several employees quit" or were terminated where his words.

The restaurant was taken over by two new business owners, and it is losing its rep very quickly.

Sorry to read that your rehearsal dinner was ruined, it was a bad thing for them to do. A question for you. What is your proof that justifies you to say that they have a "High Employee Turn over" as stated in the title of your report? All the manager stated was that "the employee who made the reservation no longer works for the company". Maybe it is because the employee messed up the reservation and is why they are no longer working there. That is ONE employee. Please respond with your justification to your statement.
