Atlanta Wellness and Weight Loss Selling Fraudulant Services online to customers false treatments at locations that DO NOT EXIST. Roswell Georgia
This place is a scam. The company is ran by Orie Jenkins, who also owns several Pain & Injury clinics, a car dealership, and 2 med-spas in GA. The company sells their services on Groupon for a discounted rate. This company advertises botox, facials, massage, lipo laser, and cavitation. This company sells Groupon services to be redeemed at their Peachtree City location- there is NO Ptc location!!!! They use numerous lies to explain why they wont book appointments in PTC. First it was a "staffing isuue" then the machines were being repaired, then there was no doctor. That is ALL a lie.
There NO med-spa in Peachtree City. Furthermore, they do not offer facials, botox, or massage. The only have 2 lipo lasers and 3 cavitation machines. These apointments should be scheduled as 30 minute appointments- 15 mins for the treatment and 10 mins to "rest" ( to ensure there are no reactions). These appointments are scheduled every 15 minutes, resulting in avery long wait. The average wait time for an appointment is 45mins to 1 1/2 hour. In fact, around 5pm, the manager will start making phone calls to cancel the remainder of the appointments for the day. Keep in mind- these lipo laser treatments are supposed to be done once a week for 8 or 10 weeks. Clients are unable to keep up their treatments because the staff calls and cancels their appointments! They book appointments for Botox, but do not have a doctor to actually give the injections. This upsets the consumer ever more- as most purchased the botox for the Peachtree City location and have had to take off the day from work to travel to Roswell to get their botox injections. So either the client walks in and is told their appt was cancelled - or they get a call the day before. The place is a scam, not a spa. There is a tv in the waiting room that broadcasts trashy talk show, dingy carpet, stinky smell, and it is usually almost 80 degrees in that place. Not a soothing spa environment, no spa services. And the techs that perform the cavitation & lipo laser have NO training. I literally watched as a young girl was "shown" how to do thee cavitation treatment before the young girl introduced her self to the client and began performing her treatment. Needless to say, the consumer complained about the poor job and that she did not receive the lipo laser (bc the girl didnt know how to do the lip laser) So the consumer was given a free session.
Moral of the story - they are scamming the consumers by selling services to locations that do not exist. They are selling services as "medically supervised" when the techs have no medical training whatsoever. Even the receptionist will put the phones on DND and perform the treatments when they get behind on their schedule. Good Luck ever getting a human on the phone, and when you do- Its ALL Lies. Now i know why they suddenly jumped ship on their Sandy Springs location... because it was nothing but a scam they were running from!!
STAY AWAY- there is a Cascade location and i heard they were going to skip on that location and try to move to Riverdale. BUYER BEWARE
Luckily, I did not buy their services on Groupon or Living Social, but I was employed there for less than a week. I could not commit to lying and cheating customers on a daily basis.
