Went to Atlantic Auto Mall West Islip after 18500 miles on Kia Sportage the timing belt slipped on highway and wife was stuck for hours.Told By service department sportage is junk and unreliable.Should trade it in even though in perfect condition
Went to mall where I have bought 4 other cars 98, 99, 2000, 2004 last one in january.I was told they would give me 6000.00 for the Sportage even though I still owe 8246.93. The money owed would be put on the new car loan.
When I asked them why this is happening it was because Kia does not perform well and they were only trying to help Kia by having them in the Auto Mall with them. So thats all they could do.
