Atlantic Circulation, Inc. Paid subscription - no magazine York Pennsylvania
On February 29, 1908 a young man approached me in my driveway asking me to buy a subscription so that he could win a trip to Rome. He was very convincing about the trip and rather charming so I said OK against my better judgement and paid $48 for a subscription to Elle Decor. It is now June 19 and I have yet to receive an issue. Alas, my doubts were apparently confirmed when I googled Atlantic Circulation, Inc. and found nothing but rip off reports. So I thought I'd join the multitudes and advise everyone to have nothing to do with this company (or charming young men going to Rome).
