My first meeting was with another girl and it only lasted 15 minuted and we were told if chosen we would be called between 330 and 430 if we didn't answer the phone they would assume that we were not interested.
My second interview started late and was almost 3hours long. They said the same thing about the phone call, which gave them 30 minutes to decide out of 30 people who they were interested in.
I was excited, they didn't want to see my resume, or need me to have experience, they were going to hire me as a manager.
I didn't answer the call when it came time because I knew that I would be moving away in 6 months and didn't want to misleed them. Good thing I have some morals, or I would have been screwed!
