Complaint Review: Atlantic Kitchen Design And Atlantic Design Center

1. Signed contract in Aug 15, 2008 job not finished by May 15th 2009 9 months last
2. Cabinet shelves were damaged upon installation and never replaced.
3. Certain glass cabinet door had scratches and were also never replaced. Many cabinet doors had dents as well.
4. Due to poor measurements the refrigerator could not open unless the floor molding was removed from the wall.
5. Poor installation of stove splash guard did not properly cover electrical wall sock.
6. Service and responsiveness was poor.
7. Countertop sink splash guards were never installed.
8. Kitchen floor was stained during installation and never redone.
9. Many other issues like inappropriate installation of dishwasher and oven also occurred and corrected, but months later.
10. Basically, at this point after a number of tries they are being unresponsive and have walked off the job.
11. Would recommend to never use this company.
