Atlantic Lottery Corporation got a check for $4,985. wanted me to call and send $3985. claimed I had won $262, Moncton Nebraska
This company sent me a check for $4985. ask me to call, saying I had won a $262,000 lottery. I had not entered so therefor I could not have won, I had just read in our local paper about this scam and how some people had really beleived this!!!
the telephone # 902-412-9183 was a big give away. I googled it and it had the reports of the scams that this Mr. Scott Nicholson, and Mr. Ray Washington is running.
Hope some one rips them off good.

I have a few extra points to help support your report.
The address you have listed, is the local office in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada, However, the phone number you list is a 902 Area code, Which would indicate the number is from Nova Scotia, Canada, Close by (About 45 min - 1 hour drive to the boarder), but not in the proper area code.
As well you should note that as most lottery companies do, ALC does not make first contact with lottery winners, if you have a winning ticket, you must claim it yourself with in 1 year from draw date, or the money cannot be claimed.
