Further, and more distressing; He acts like a wild person, screaming at and demeaning his employees. He throws his glasses to the floor, throws water bottles and yells and demeans his staff. Don Smith has no regard for any of his employees. I lasted a little over three weeks and was out of there. He does this because his employees are a fraid to challenge him on this behavior.
