Complaint Review: Atlantis Solar and Wind LLC USA

Not one penny has been refunded, NO products have been shipped, Michael Becker simply kept ALL my $ and even laughed in his last email.  You can tell from reading his responses he is a very arrogant scammer, knowingly taking off with lots of people's $ and it appears he has quite a few blemishes on his record.  Do a public search, TOTALLY worth the $15 as opposed to losing THOUSANDS & you will see what I am referring to, guess he's okay with all this as long as he can steal enough $ from people to sustain his living.  

He even had a BBB suit filed against him by myself and ignored them as well; according to management at BBB he has done this before and the best con-men know not to comment at all.  But he made MANY promises of which NONE have been fulfilled which was either his mistake because I forwarded all the emails to my lawyer or perhaps it was to attempt to keep me believing his hype.  Be it as it may, all was saved, but BUYER BEWARE, use this to make sure you too are not scammed by him so he cannot continue his way of life as a con-man.  

BBB recommended filing a lawsuit of which I already have; if you are in the same situation, do use their resources; they've been VERY helpful in recommendations as to how to get my $ back.  See you in court Michael.  :-)   If you wish to settle outside of court, please let me know.  My terms are simple as stated HERE on ripoff as well as BBB suit, refund me the $ paid and/or send products to my address that I paid for in full and all will be dropped.    Stay in denial that you made these promises that are in emails YOU sent me, and suffer the consequences of scamming your customers for your benefit.

I provide 100% of the truth and have no reason to lie,

Nothing more to say, other then hearsay. As they say, proof is in the pudding. Next time pay on time and know your import laws. Again, Atlantis Solar and Wind LLC is not your bank or book keeper.

Your loss was coming from my personal pocket, due to ourgood communication. Now you can take your loss no different then I would, if I made excuses for not paying for a complete order. Blame it on the person and company, due to your lack of payment. "GOOD WORK"

Blame the laws of importation and customs, and yourself, not me. I am no higher then the international laws, and neither are you.

FYI: I have proof showing you let your very small order sit in Customs for a while when you had no money for shipping. But like I said before, I have learned a very good lesson from you. tell it how it is, instead of take care of other peoples problems.

Next time go to a local Wal Mart.

Atlantis Solar & Wind LLC USA(Michael Becker) processed a Purchase Order for me for some batteries, a Kozy Cooler, and a Split Wall AC Unit.  PO was sent to me and payment was sent for full amount requested of $1669.35 on
11/26/11.   My cashier's check for product was cashed Dec 5th, 2011.  I am assuming that because of Holidays & his claims of a move being conducted in China I did not get a quote for shipping till Jan 17th, 2012 in an email.  I sent several emails up until this point and a few messages until we finally spoke on Dec 21st, 2011,   I sent a cashiers check for 1 solar air conditioner and some batteries, and I spoke to him on December 7th, 2011.
He asked me to hurry & pay the shipping so that he didn't get behind on other orders.
Less than 2 months later to get wired $675 for shipping on Feb 1st, 2012.   Ireally don't appreciate being made to feel that my attempts to communicate to gather this info is bothersome as each I did call once a week to check on the progress, and on my 3rd week I called he told me not to call him anymore because he would call me when the items were
put together to ship out, noting that calling him would not change how quickly they ship out.  

I feel as a customer who has paid in full and as promptly as I could, deserves the right to know where my products are or what the status is; I do feel this is part of running a business but apparently Michael Becker does not feel the need to be bothered with business questions like this.

Michael then stated that he did not charge me storage fees for the 2 month delay, furthering his condescension of my plight to get products I've paid for already and claims the products are ready to go but here we are 2 months after they've been paid in full and almost 4 months since he states all products were put together, and yet nothing has been shipped.

After Michael Becker was informed by another potential customer that his fraudulent practices were being exposed on the internet for the first time in 8 months rather than me calling HIM to attempt to resolve this issue; he actually called me.  But, not for the reasons I'd like of course which would only include a refund of monies paid and/or products purchased.  In a few of our conversations I even offered to accept ANYTHING, that's right ANY product he had in stock that was worth the $ he already cashed,$2344.35.  Not only did he not do this, but he could not for he has absolutely NOTHING in stock because he is a FRAUD committing FELONIES!  Most people do hard time for practices like this, but somehow he's been able to dodge them.  

He called me and even told me that he attempted several times to get my name from the people at RipOFF but that he was pretty sure it was me.... now tell me how stockerish that sounds.  He's worried about his reputation but not worried about fixing anything about it, only making threats.  After he figured out it may be me; he then followed by asking me for my SSN, yes, that's right... he made up a story about how though he had to now give it to the Chinese officials to get them to ship me something directly because he felt bad.  

I of course didn't give it to this CON artist, and instead asked for him to ship me something, even of lesser value from his office, which he admitted he DID NOT have ANYTHING.  He's been posting on his OWN website to attempt to get customers to buy his products by telling them he is setting up a showroom in Florida, but that was first in May, then got moved to June 30th, then got moved to July/Aug on his site.  Hmmmm.... pretty fishy.  Is it even ethical to sell products he cannot get?  He still owes China $60,000 he told me because he claims OTHERS did not pay for their products so he had to raise capital himself to get these products.  Hmmmmmm..... that story just doesn't sound right.  So he's willing to try to get $60,000 MORE from potential customers until he can BARELY ship the ORIGINAL order for HIS stock, not buying for them.  That too is outright fraudulent, but what else could you expect from a CON or a FELON.  

FURTHERMORE, Michael Becker is not even an owner of the original Atlantis Solar, and I'll quote from the REAL OWNER who had to respond to my BBB complaint => "This Atlantis Solar of Florida / Proclaims Management business in which you lodged a complaint hasnt been in business for a number of years, and its  affiliation with Mr. Becker as a sales representative in Florida has been dissolved for well over 2 years (ended in a terrible experience where he owed me a lot of money).  I disassociated myself with Mr. Becker after finding his business ethics to be highly questionable and borderline fraudulent."  Clear and simple, Mr. Becker is fraudulenty attempting to siphon cash from unsuspecting clients in order to sustain himself.  

I have so many times offered Mr. Becker to resolve this matter in so many ways as listed above and he laughs, not joking, he has LAUGHED when I mention any of the above and only responds with "You'll get your stuff... don't worry about that, you'll get it."  He's asked me to be patient, but here we are almost 9 months since I paid for my product and 7 months since I paid my shipping which he did not give me a quote for for almost 45 days after since he was in China he claimed of which as stated in original report was paid within 2 weeks.  Anytime I've mentioned this he threatens me with this EXACT quote "Hey, you're luckly I let you pay in 2 weeks and am still giving you a chance to get your product, in the normal business world if you don't pay within 4 days you're $ is lost"  

This is what he told me.  The lies have been endless.  First lie was when I first paid for my product he told me it'd be shipped TO MY HOUSE in 2 weeks from China(this was in Dec 2011), then he told me it'd ship to the nearest port in Houston(this was in February when I paid shipping once he gave it to me), then told me it was gonna be shipped to Florida(this was in April when I made BBB & ripoff reports) but I'd need to pay ANOTHER shipping charge to get it shipped from Florida to Austin, TX.  NOW, the latest, 2 weeks ago when someone informed him of the ripoff report he tried to get my SSN and told me it'd ship directly form China again... BUT... he needed my SSN if I wanted that to happen.  

And if ALL this info has not yet convinced you that he is a CON, a true FELON, then just look at his condescending response where he laughs at the $2344.35 being chump change basically... someone who cares little about ANY of his customer's $, whether they be big or small is NOT a good business person.  And what's so funny is he was begging me to take this down a couple of weeks ago if it WAS me, yet has done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to resolve the matter... no refund, no products he can give me in replacement(he has none), and more and more excuses about where the original products are.  How can ANY business function this way?!?!?!

Dishonest Lenny from a company that is not registered Davinci Solar Pflugerville Texas. You can retrieve your very small order from Customs. Atlantis Solar communicates and values all clients that are honest.

Lenny, you call me every week at Atlantis Solar to talk, and at length I talk with you about our technology. Most recently a letter was received by an International sales Person at Atlantis Solar and wind LLC with the same information as this report.

The person that said he was ripped off used the name Khalid, which Atlantis Solar and wind LLC has never sold to this Khalid name. 

You just happed to call and want to talk. I brought this crazy email story up to you at the same time you had called, and you said it was some crazy person that possibly wrote that same exact letter we now find published in Ripped Off. 

I find it sad that you have to lie to us and fabricate a story due to your lack of paying for an order of a company you have no idea of the correct address.

You have taught me a very good lesson; do not trust every one and use my time more valuable then listening to your aroma bed time stories on the telephone.

In the future, I will now spend very little time speaking with you, as we do offer training that you can attend.

If you looked at a real Atlantis Solar Commercial Invoice meant for those large businesses that require manufacturing, and pay large investments for our environmentally friendly Products, then you would have gotten the below address correct.

Lenny, quit hiding and screening your calls like you say you do. The buggy man is not out to get you, or do you have debt collectors looking for you. I really feel for you, after the polite telephone calls we had, and then you publish this non sense. Good luck in your future endeavors Lenny. Hey every one this is Lenny from Davinci Solar. Remember the name when he calls you and offers aroma rocks for stress, and says the Government is committing a conspiracy to change Texas to a tropical Jungle with these large machines and Marshin rocks.

Information is some times misconstrude, and as a large company we are not able to make each and every person happy, at one time or another. Look up some of the big players like AT&T, Microsoft, HP, Apple and many others. One complaint after another.

But I will say that Atlantis Solar will do our best to be honest, provide the best products, service and communicate at all times if we hit a bump in the road. Atlantis Solar and Wind finds each and ever client worldwide very valuable.

This is not the correct address. If Lenny that lied to me the other day knew our address from the invoice he is to have, then the story would add up. But Lenny that wrote this report told me the other day that this report came from a person in the Middle East called Kahlid, to whom Atlantis Solar has never sold to.

Atlantis Solar olny manufactures for businesses with capital to pay for thier orders we manufacture, and not those who fabricate stories on the net like this, and then lie to our face and say it was not him.

Well Lenny, we will now give you the number for Customs where you let your tiny order sit with out paying for shipping until months later.

It's is too bad we speak with you every week when you call to talk like a lonely person, and then you lie about writing this derogatory information to us. Again, I have learned a lesson; do not believe every one.

Next time, just use your real name, it will get you much further. Atlantis Solar manufactures some of the finest technology in the world. It is not our responsibility to be your bank, or book keeper. In 9 years, yes we will have some unhappy people, but most often it is due to uncontrolable lies.

Atlantis Solar will always communicate and service our valuable clients, and hope that they appreciate our honesty. But when being lied to, and then using another persons name to hide your own name, that is called cowardly and pathetic.

By the way, if we stole your gas money, then the invoice would have our address. The address you made up is far from correct, and we can be found from any where in the world.

Mr. lenny will strike up a nice conversation in your ear, but lie behind your back. Not a person I would conduct business with, other then listen to his bed time stories.
