These guys have been calling for over a year. They are abusive and nasty mouthed. Yesterday they told me to go f*** someone and pop out a couple of kids. They also call the owner's cell phone although we do not know how they got it. I filed a police report & a complaint with the FCC today and encourage everyone to do the same. I will be contacting the Arizona Attorney General's Office also.
There are over 26 complaints on this web site alone and as you've all noticed they are actually posting nasty replies/rebuttals. There is power in numbers so everyone should continue to complain about these idiots until they are out of business. And just to let Atlas Supply or whatever your company name is, you've now f***ed with the wrong B'yatch, I will be sure to take you down.

My name is not Brian. How do you jerks even have time to post a rebuttal what with all the phone calls you have to make to even get one sale.
Atlas Building Supply, Cal Pacific, West Builders Supply, Atlas Supply, Western Builders Supply, Western Builder Supply Well they got a new number and the dumb a**es, it shows up on caller i.d. as phoenix, Arizona. Atlas Supply has got a new number 480-345-7820 and according to another web site a new address too. Guess they didn't pay their rent or the landlord got tired of renting to losers. Guess I'll just report them again.

Mr Rozakis (Dennis) just keeps slandering x salesmen and other companies out of fear. He knows that when his salesmen read these complaints the truth is told.
Cal Pacific is currently at 8 week shipping times. They are doing a ponzi scheme by using current revenue to pay for past bills. They kick their salesmen back fake OBH's because they cannot afford new product because they are backed up 90+ days with current suppliers. Don't believe me? Call their vendors and tell them you are a company they are applying for credit with and ask their status. 90% of all their vendors will tell you they are either cash in advance only or on hold due to long term open invoices. Still do not believe me? Call CPP with your OBH's and ask for the backup proving the customer is open. They will not be able to produce a "real" one.
If you work there you will be familair with returns that one or both phone numbers are disconnected. Mr Rozakis tells his salesmen that other companies charge back no pay accounts. What do you think these are? Fake returns = no pays. You are getting charged for them. Don't believe me? Ask CPP for a tracking number on the order going out the door and the order coming back. They will only be able to produce the order going out the door's tracking number.......at best. Why else would the current return rate and DIV rate at CPP be so high? They can barely afford to pay their bills.
Your accounts getting called a ton by other companies? How did that happen? In December of 08 CPP could not afford to pay the sales force. Why else would two very large offices that have been there for many years leave? CPP had to sell your accounts to other companies to afford payroll. Your accounts are being called by everyone, because everyone was sold your accounts.
So while Dennis (Mr Rozakis) comes up with bogus slander, ask for the proof and facts.

Well it took you ling enough to reply. I hope you continue call, it just builds more of case against Atlas Supply. Too bad you can't find a legimate job, to continue to call businesses who are not going to buy anything from you is a complete waste of your time. It's almost like you are a bunch of twelve year olds making prank calls.

I am urging everyone to turn these guys into their local police and state attorney generals, BBB, FTC, FCC, Consumer Protection Agency and the annoyance bureau of your phone company!!!! As well as anyone in Tempe AZ who will listen. WE CAN PUT THESE GUYS OUT OF BUSINESS ONCE AND FOR ALL SO NO ONE HAS TO ANSWER THEIR NASTY PHONE CALLS AGAIN.
