Atlas Homes - Thomas Rowshan ripoff did not pay for the website we designed for them Waller Texas
We designed a website for Atlashomes.us and the owner promised to pay for the website and did not pay us.
This company is a ripoff. We tried to get the hosting company to disable the website but they would not. Atlas Homes changed their username and password and would not give us access to the website files.

THE DISPUTE WITH ATLAS HOMES HAS NOT BEEN SETTLED. A LAWSUIT HAS BEEN FILED AGAINST THOMAS ROWSHAN AND LINDA EBERT IN JUSTICE COURT OF HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS IN JANUARY 2008.

OK. So I dropped the charge against them for the website.
He did not let it go. Thomas Rowshan of Atlas Homes www.atlashomes.us, www.atlashomesbuilders.com called all my website design clients and slandered my name, even though I dropped the charges against him!
So therefore, I am pursuing my claims against him FULL FORCE. I need the money for the website we designed or HE NEEDS TO TAKE THE WEBSITE DOWN.
