Atlas Recyclers deposit paid for goods never received Boca Raton Florida
Our company made a purchase of stainless steel coil with 50% prepay balance against receipt back on 11/22/06.
Goods never received. filed a bbb report. Have made several calls to the owner Izzy Zubin at first most calls not returned. finally an agreement made to have money returned unfortunatly still not received.
We have the written contract with payment terms we have the packing list as well as the letter agreeing to refund out money. still nothing. Understand now that this is a scam that is happenign to others in the same situation. We want full compnsation for money paid interst and loss of profits as out buyer is now filing a claim with us.
