Complaint Review: atlas towing

My 1st run-in with atlas towing was when they towed my '12 5.0 mustang for taking 2 pkg spaces in front of my apt.alleging I was illegally parked;taking 2 pkg spots,keeping others from damaging my new vehicle. I reluctantly "ate"that encounter @ a cost of $300.NOW,less than 60 days later,someone steals my rims n tires. early friday morning. we inform mgmt on property of my apt,file police report,have csi brush for smeared glove prints and ins adjuster comes out about 3pm,same fri. car is still on bricks and I took photos with cones for safety apt mgmt placed by my car..by the time we all decide how 2 handle this,dealership is closing til monday.monday comes,dealership orders rims n tires n says they'll pickup car on tues afternoon.well tuesday morn b4 dealership camn get 2 it,atlas tows may car wrecklessly,charging that veh was abandoned.I rush 2 apt mgmt who tell me,none of them authorized this bkuz they knew about it,and told towtruck driver he couldn't. they were aware of what happened fri. tow turck driver says he doesn't care;he's under contract 2 make judment call.he tows car anyway.I was never notified til I call sapd.they informed me mgmt allowed atlas 2 tow. I insisted 2 file police report then was told they wouldn't come out here but the apt security authorized this.I spent all day in mgmt office with mgmt trying 2 get my car back;they DID NOT authorize tis and we have NO apt security.Even the mgmt told tjhem they were wrong n knew about circumstances.atlas' ricardo AND amelia were extremely unhelpful and STILL charged me $128 to release car and would NOT tow car 2 dealership.they would not let me se car but wife tells me a pipe is hanging from under my car that sits in their lot,on bricks,just the way it sat in my pkg space @ apt.my point is. they had no reason 2 tow my car;it had orange cones around it 4 safety,only sat over weekend,was told not to move it and why by mgmt,and NEVER put ANY WARNING stickers on it by law.I have photos of veh with cones around it and after photos with cones stil standing,minus my car they STOLE.ATLAS towing was wrong and have done nothing 2 help.geico and dealership are dealing with them,but I would LOVE an attoerney 2 join me in going after these crooks. for loss of work time,damages,theft and violations of towing laws and being liars if theirs a fee for that.
