Complaint Review: Atlast Properties

Initially made contact with him regarding a house he was selling on eBay. He sold me a different house in Detroit on Trinity Street.  Told me it was a great deal.  Upon arrival, it was in a heavy drug neighborhood (there was a drug deal going on right outside on the street).  Inside, the basement was flooded with over 6 inches of water because someone had cut copper piping.

I lost over $3000 on this transaction. This guy acts and sounds like a weasle.  He has a high voice with a foreign accent, and repeats the same thing several times.  He knows more about the properties he is selling than what he lets on.  I believe he is currently residing in the Fort Myers, Florida area where he is rehabbing properties.
