I paid $580 to Atlkicks.com for 10 pair of shoes (5 pair of Jordans and 5 pair of Nike Air Force ones) in Nov.10, 2004. I was sent several emails stating that some of the items that I ordered were out of stock. I was asked to choose different items that might be in stock, so I did so .

They tell you that you will receive a tracking number for your order, but I never got one. When I finally received something in Dec. 12, 2004, I noticed that the box seemed a bit small for 10 pairs of shoes. As it turns out I only received 4 pair of shoes I ordered.

So I emailed them the next day and they assured me that the other pairs were on the way. I emailed them again in Jan 05', and I was told that I would hear from him later that day, but still never heard from anyone. I emailed them again and the end of Jan 05' and I was stunned when I was asked again to email another replacement order, but I did it again anyways.

A week later I emailed them to see if everything was ok with my order and they told me that they never received my replacement order, so I resent it to them. I've sent more emails since then and have been making phone calls to him which he never answers. I've been in phone and email contact with Tony the owner of Atlkicks.com since October 04'. Now when I call, he never answers, nor will he return voicemails left on his phone.
