Complaint Review: Atm-sbr.com Billing Support Services

I got a charge of $38.46 billed to my banking account from www.atm-sbr.com. palma de mall. I didn't even know who this was or why they billed me. I tried sending them an email about the charge and there reply was they needed my credit card #, subscriber # and full name on the credit card I used to sign up for there website.

Well I didn't sign up for anything so I didn't have any of that info for them. They had a 24/7 online help person, but you couldn't log in unless you had a customer name, email address, and name of the website you subscribed to. So without that info, you couldn't talk to anybody live. I will be calling there customer service number and try and work this out.
