Do you want PROOF that these negative reports are bogus?

Ask yourself ONE QUESTION: Do you think Coscto corporate or Samsung would be working DIRECTLY with this company if they weren't doing the right things? Can't you tell how vicious and malicious it sounds? Use your judgement. Please.

I'm so disheartened by the malice here. I wonder why the original author didn't mention ANYTHING about the clients we work with. The 50+ happy hardworking families here. They didn't mention ANYTHING about the fact we have trippled our territory size in ONE year.

They didn't mention how transparent we are.

They didn't mention that every interview first gets a chance to meet the entire staff face to face and interview before accepting a position.

They didn't mention that the average entry level paycheck was between $600 and $1000

They didn't mention that standard are HIGH because we work with Costco and the reason people will lose their opportunity is for being late to Costco,  no shows, and poor customer service.

They didn't mention that not paying porperly is a FEDERAL CRIME and we have not once been sued or had disputes.

They did not mention the OVERWHELMING majority of employee with positive perspectives on various sites.

They did not mention the free gym memberships we offer.

They did not mention the paid time off

They did not mention we were selected to go to the superbowl this year for being the TOP PERFORMING COMPANY with AT&T.

They didn't mention how many people we have promoted to management.

Out of retrospect for my current employment with the business, I’ve decided to revisit this report to clarify any apprehension or negativity that this may cause for anyone currently researching and seeking employment with the company.  I have to admit that I was one of those people.  I first became aware of this report after Googling the company after scheduling an interview.  Lying ads and Owner was definitely an eyebrow raiser for me.  However, I decided to see for myself.  I interviewed and recently accepted a positon with the company.  I’ve been employed for just under 3weeks now. 

My coworkers’ energy and the environment is through the roof!  Its like no other place I’ve worked.   Its very professional, yet fun and motivating.  Its definitely not for anyone just looking to make and hourly pay check (which you can), but for someone looking to actually become a manager and make big bucks.  Maybe that’s what the McDonald’s hourly comment was referring to.  This business is fast paced training and performing.  Some people are just simply not leaders and have no intention to be. You have to show what you’ve got!  When I came, I witnessed three people being promoted into management.  So I’m like, Ok, I know I can definitely do this!  Some people are just simply not leaders and have no intention to be.

So far I’ve encountered more than a few new friends, confidence and a real sense of accomplishment.  I’m more motivated than I’ve ever been working here.  And everyone is available to help.  They want you to succeed!  We work as a unit. 

This morning was one of the best meetings we’ve had.  It feels great to be apart of this team.   That feeling reminded me of this negative post I’ve wanted to help clarify my first week.  I hate to see that one negative opinion could possibly influence someone (like me) from an awesome opportunity.  I understand and respect other’s opinions, but don’t throw shade on the company I respect and trust because its just not right for YOU.  Its like buying a perfume because it smelled good on someone else and bad mouthing the brand because the scent doesn’t work with your body chemistry.

I just wanted to add a bit of insight and truth about what I’m experiencing with the company so far.  Overall, do your own research and check it out for yourself. 

The "Owner's" response just goes to show how smug and narcissistic this guy is!!! He's so full of himself and looks down on others....he will treat you exactly like that. It's truly comical!

Dear Potential Applicant,

We appreciate the passion and conviction that this unnamed individual has put forth in not one, but two separate occasions. We do not say this sarcastically. We appreciate the feedback because everyone's voice matters at Atmosphera Global. This is not where we take issue.

This individual has made a series of comments on other websites saying precisely the opposite of what our employees feel. I know this to be true, because those individuals do not post anonymously. I know because we have expanded three-fold in less than 12 months working with the 2nd largest retailer in the United States.

I assure anyone who has to make an assessment on the validity and credibility of the individual(s) who take practice to bash companies because they don't qualify and/or understand business practices at this level; one must ask how our company manages to employee over 20 individuals, many of whom hold master's degrees, can simply lie their way through ads and manipulate people into careers... versus the alternative.

Quite possibly, some individuals enjoy brand bashing, defaming, and essentially trolling the Internet when they see or feel something they don't agree with or does not fit their expectations.

Quite essentially it should be asked, why would a company who has extremely reputable clients such as ours, would jeopardize their reputation by being deceitful to potential candidates who have not even yet become a part of our culture. That seems top be quite risky and extremely expensive and time-consuming process.

After all... at some point, the candidate will find out the truth. And then, the company has questions to answer. And most likely they would lose their employee(s).

BIG PROBLEM

Question: Why take that risk when we have an extremely fun, profitable, expanding, multi-cultured, rock-climbing, hiking, saltwater fish loving, family oriented, batman fanned, and talented professionals helping to drive our core values?

The best thing about it is all someone has to do is to come see WHY we are so successful. Come sit down with us! And you can ask all the questions you need to understand why working with our organization is beneficial. We have promoted six managers in just the last six months all earning between 62 and 82k per year! We invite anyone to come in at ANY time during operating hours and speak with our employees. You don’t have to have a scheduled interview. Just come in and people watch and see for yourself. Interview the employees if you wish! That's what we are focused on - our people and our core values. We have absolutely nothing to hide. Usually, people who do, post anonymously. We love you still!

I agree completely!!! They STILL are allowed to post those ads where they just LIE about pay just to get people to come in!!! The lady on the phone lied to me too!!!
