This guy was introduced to us by Hanh Duong of Vietpressusa.com. Please contact them directly at executive_education@hbs.edu Executive Education website http://www.exed.hbs.edu/admissions/Pages/default.aspx states, there are no formal educational prerequisites, fluency in written and spoken English is required When checked with the state bar of California at http://members.calbar.ca.gov/fal/MemberSearch/QuickSearch, there is another person with the exact same name, but it is not Dr. A. Tuan Nguyen, aka Anthony, Thomas, Tuan Nguyen.
From website at www.atngroup.org insinuates that he is a lawyer.
This guy took $1500.00 in a check from us and cashed it and has done nothing. He said he can prevent our foreclosure by making him the trustee in an irrevocable living trust. It is a 9 page boiler plate that he filled in with his name as Anthony Nguyen with the address of a mailbox center at 16027 Brookhurt #G303, Fountain Valley, CA. 92708, correct address is 16027 Brookhurst Street #G303, Fountain Valley, CA. 92708. He said he would do the recording and negotiation with the lender on our behalf. Nothing has been done ever since he pocketed the $1,500.00. Dr. A.Tuan Nguyen has broken the law. He IS NOT LINCENSED as a lawyer or real estate
agent/broker. His business is being promoted here http://www.vietpressusa.com/2011/09/luat-su-tien-si-nguyen-anh-tuan-tot.html in the Vietnamese community and his illegal behaviors needs to be stopped immediately.
If you have any questions or would like to read the emails exchanged between us and Dr.A. Tuan Nguyen where he threatened that he will and has reported us to the Department of Defense, FBI stalker law, and San Jose Police. He may scares others he has scammed with those threats, but we would gladly see him in court. We are still waiting. Anthony, Thomas (a name he recently used in the email exchanged), Anh, Tuan Nguyen is a FRAUD. We recently found out that he charged another victim $2000.00 plus $100/hour as if he is an attorney.
Anh Tuan Nguyen aka Dr. A.Tuan Nguyen aka Anthony Nguyen, Thomas Nguyen needs to be arrested and be given a desist and refrain order from the authority. He will promise you in his heavily accented broken English that he can stop your foreclosure, DO NOT GIVE HIM ANY MONEY. He has been given many chances to return the $1500.00 but has not comply. DINH QUOC NGUYEN AKA BRUCE WYNN recently changed his name to avoid a malicious DEFAMATION lawsuit against this guy and his ex girl friend from their plot to harm our Client as Dr. Nguyen .
The Case Number at Superior Court of Orange County is 30-2014-00763673-CU-DF-CJC and we demanded a relief of 02 Millions Dollars from their Fraudulent Conducts and Mindset . Besides, we are pending win this case since there was very clear evidence that they set up stories to harm our client.
This Criminal guy still hhas many plot to harm others .He commmitted 02 Robberies and Burlary in 1995 and 1997 and was denied to have Realtor license 02 times , according to FBI rapsheet and Department of Real Estate .Please see above rebuttal information .

I see that you are not using the name Thomas Nguyen now, you don't like Anthony anymore? How about "Dr. A. Tuan Nguyen?" Listen fool, I gave you many chances to return Ms. Nguyen $1500 back, but I guess you mistaken my kindness and professionalism as a weakness. Wrong idiot. What now? Well, the whole entire world knows of your scam and opportunistic nature. I called your number at 714-234-3901 and 714-448-3964 many times, but you won't answer the phone. I always leave you a message with my number to call back, but do you? No, because you are nothing but chicken excrement. You ripped off the wrong person and unless you keep changing your name and company name, I will continue to expose your deceptive practices.
People, this guy is a fraud and he keeps changing his name, at first it was Anthony, Tuan, Anh Tuan, and now he is going by Thomas Nguyen. If you see him, please do not take him seriously. We were mistaken because he was referred by a once respected friend, our bad. Whatever you do, do not give me any money, no matter what he tells you. You may choose to entertain yourself by listening to his heavy Vietnamese accent when speaking English ( I could barely understand him and I speak both languages). Hey, Thomas Nguyen, you are nothing but a one man cheating machine. Stop threatening empty threats and return Ms. Nguyen her $1500.00. This will continue and it will increase until money is return.
