ATN Promo Response to Counterfeit Check Allegation

#2UPDATE Employee ..inside information

Tue, November 19, 2013

Hello Paige,

I saw your post on Rip-Off Report and wanted to speak with you to set the record straight regarding your allegations that ATN Promo paid you with a counterfeit check (and that you tried contacting us about this situation with no response given on our end). We never received any correspondence from you whatsoever; no calls/messages, no emails, no texts, no faxes, nothing. I, however, did call you earlier this morning (11:47am CST on Tuesday 11/19/13 to be exact) to discuss this matter but since your voicemail has not been set up, I was unable to leave you a message. I then followed that up with a text message (11:54am CST on Tuesday 11/19/13) briefly explaining this situation and asking for a response from you as I was trying to protect you from a public rebuttal; but a response I did not receive, so I will now address this matter in a public forum.

First and foremost, I would like to point out that you have never worked a single day for ATN Promo (you were actually scheduled for a program with ATN three weeks ago but you no call/no showed on us). Subsequently, I would also like to clarify the check you posted an image of in your previous post is not a check issued from ATN Promo. I’m not sure where or whom that check came from but I can say with 100% certainty that it was not ATN Promo.

As your initial post is a blatant falsification of the truth, a libelous statement toward ATN Promo and a breach of the non-disclosure clause in your ATN agreement, we will leave you with two choices in rectifying this matter: retract your previous statement, admitting it was a false claim against ATN Promo and vacating the company of any responsibility or wrongdoing associated with your initial post OR prepare to hear from our legal counsel and accept the repercussions, both professional and financial, that will accommodate choosing that path. The choice is yours.

In the future, I suggest you get your facts straight before publically bashing a company, a company with whom you’ve never actually worked but instead no call/no showed for an assignment, as it ultimately makes you look foolish and will end up causing you many, many more problems than the initial act, which led you to proclaim false wrongdoing, ever would’ve.

The ball is in your court Paige.

All the best,

The ATN Team
