On November 7, 2007, I purchased one of the company's software applications for $79.85 (Atomic Email Hunter Full version). The software did not work as advertised and when it does, it is buggy and crashes frequently without saving the data properly. Within 48 hours, I contacted their technical support via email as listed on their website. One week went by and no response. I then proceeded to call their technical support number several times over the next ten days during their listed support hours and never once spoke with a human being. Each time I was met with an answering machine asking me to leave a message. Each time I called, I left one and still have not heard back from them. They seem to do their billing through a third party company called plimus.com so I made several attempts to contact this company as well. I was told that they only do the billing and have nothing to do with product support. At this point I have no choice but to file a grievance with my credit card company and issue a charge-back. Avoid this company at all costs.
