Complaint Review: Atomic deals

 I ordered a silver coin with Mickey and Minney Mouse that I never received. The company doesn't list its address or phone number . The company's policy is when your order is prossesd for shipping, it no longer can be returned for any reason. I emailed to ask for the tracking number guess what they never give it out. I asked for a refund after waiting 3 weeks that's when I found out about there company policy. I contacted my credit card company to start a dispute for a refund because that's the only recourse left to me. Atomic Deals has 2 months to respond to the dispute. I'm now waiting it out for the refund.
