I ordered a computer program from AtomicPark.com on 1/3/07. The shipping and handling was free if I agreed to stardard shipping with a delivery date of 6-10 days from the date of order. The company took the money from my checking account on 1/5. The confirmation e-mail also contained a "status" link, which directed me to a page that indicated I would have to "call" to obtain the status of my order.

I e-mailed the company on 1/13 requesting the status of the shipment and when I could expect the product for which they had already been paid. Customer Service e-mailed me on 1/15 responding with "It should ship within the next couple of days, and we will do our very best to make sure to ship it appropriately so that it gets to you as soon as possible."

I did not receive the product until 1/23. If you have screwed up my order, I expect overnight or at least two day delivery, not the orginal terms of the purchase. I will never order from this company again.

Ironically enough, I located them through a comparison shopping website and they were rated very highly, which was the deciding factor in ordering from them. As of today, I could not locate them on any of the comparison shopping websites to dispute their "outstanding rating." Maybe that is a good thing.

I forgot until reading one of the other reports regarding AtomicPark.com, but I made one attempt to contact Customer Service by phone and was on hold for 45 minutes. I finally gave up.
