Complaint Review: ATP2 LLC

This has been an ongoing process located at the Veteran Affairs Financial Services Center in Austin, Texas 78744 location. There are cubicles in the back that violating HIPAA rules & regulations, employees as well as housekeeping and anyone has visual view of Veterans personal information as well as their health matters, insurance, social security numbers, etc. are being exposed. Information has also been snap shot by employees that use their own personal cell phones to take pictures of the monitor with all the Veterans information and using it to their personal reasons, information even being taken outside of the facility by the employees (few have been fired for this). My lead Janice Cantresas had me at her cubicle where she had a mirror and you can see who is walking behind you while at her computer, however, every person that walked by was able to look down and even myself had exposure to seeing other employees home addresses, phone numbers, social security numbers, birth dates and more. I had to give Janice my own information and felt very uncomfortable the fact that she did not shade out others information to not be in view. My cube neighbor experienced the same thing and too felt uncomfortable.

I worked the night shift under Cassandra Thompson House who allowed certain people to get away with things like taking Veteran's information and she did not fire them. I have been in the medical field since 1999' confidentiality is very important in the medical field and these ATP2 LLC contractor employees do not take it seriously over at the Department of Veteran Affairs FSC in Austin, TX. Security has video cameras, however, the cameras are not prohibited in the Medial Claims area. Information of Veterans is left on the copy machines as well. This is something that is in need of being investigated as Veterans lives depend on it. I could clearly see everyone's monitor and even strangers would walk by my cube and see anything they chose to see on my monitor. The contractor ATP2 LLC have no passion or concern about who they hire, some of their hires have been to prison, were strippers (no offense), are right from the streets. They will hire anyone to do those claims the night shift environment is hostile and unprofessional. I have informed HIPAA of the above matter. However, ATP2 LLC puts the wrong people in authority. My father always told me that the worse people to be under are black people, this company is very much so trash. They sell the position to you in regards to doing Medical claims with the Veteran Affairs FSC in Austin, TX location, Saturdays are mandatory every Saturday until further notice, so be prepared for that. Cassandra Thompson House is very unethical and jealous of other females, if she doesn't like you she will put you in uncomfortable situations, talk bad about you, lie on you and do every thing in her power to either get you to quit or get fired. Her father died and her husband was in a wreck, you would think that those incidents would make her a better person. Cassandra kissed butt to get to her positon and cannot even control her actions in company meetings or individual meetings, she cannot handle when someone doesn't agree with her, follow behind her or has an opinion other than her own.

The Veteran Affairs FSC office in Austin, TX night shift is the most unprofessional, most ghetto and most dramatic place I have never worked in such a nasty character of people in my life. Even if you do all that is asked, if they don't like you, then you are treated poorly. People from the streets look like they have been hired there. Janice one of the leads is psycho, her OCD or lack thereof keeps her wired. She harassed me through text, facebook and even while at work. One day she will meet her match and little does she know that her husband is under a head coach for an ISD whom is like a father to me, he and his family have been knowing my family for over decades. Mr. Baptiste is lost and hasn't a real clue because he has the devil representing him. The place is unprofessional, some of the employees are not treated fairly at all. They constant lose people and replace people the turn over is ridiciulous. Any smart person would not work for ATP2 LLC contracted with the Dept. of VA FSC Night shift in Austin, TX. I tried so hard to get away from nights, but was denied. I now work with the US Department of VA in the medical field as I get to interact with the Veterans which is more my thing, rather than sitting at a desk being ordered and harassed all day. I was before coming on with ATP2 LLC working for a great and well known establishment as a Supervisor in OBGYN/Fertility and I also dabbed in Cytology.

The issue isn't the Dept. of VA, the issue is ATP2 LLC Cassandra House, their HR department, Cassandra's Boss and certain leads such as Janice being one of them. The pay decreased, insurance is a wreck, hopefully you'll get your first paycheck successfully. Certain leads will beg you to come in on a Saturday, but those leads will not show up. They have employees doing claims that go to lunch drink liquor and thn come back to work...really? If you want drama, ghetto life, haters, intimidated and jealous females around you...this is the place to work. You can be an uncle tom or two faced to get a higher position that may pay 1.00 extra. Not worth it. I work M-F with the VA, no Saturdays and no nights...I am so happy. God knew that I am stubbor and would have never quit, because that is what certain peope such as Cassandra wanted, so God fixed it to where I had to leave and now I have been blessed with a better position as a permanent employee and doing much better with a peace-of-mind.
