After calling a few month  a ahead piror to the year change for the insurance; to report insurance that was no more activate after being switch to non quailfy part time staffing, am  still being bill (weekly money payment is being taking out of my check for medical insurance that is no more activate) i call ahead months before and i was told ahead that i was going to lose my insurance, now im still having$68-60-58-50 give or take weekly money coming out of my pay chheck for a  insurance that is NOT ACTIVATE the ATRIA refuse to stop the week payment withdrawal for the insurance. it call back to back and only been place on hold to be told that i was pupose to called a head to cancel it, which i did since last year between september/october period.

they said that they will looking into it and stop it in been a few months and they are forever looking into it, i did not get a refund yet its now apirl 2018 and this matter about my insurance happent since last year 2017 sep/oct. i need help .
