I purchased the MSI GT80S 6QF 074US, that's a lot of money! I can't keep silent when I suffered from purchasing! now I must report them, at first I suffered a bad experience with them, they told me there would be a price rise in 2 days and persuade me to buy, however there was no price rise at all! I think that's a kind of fraudulent misrepresentation! I could start a lawsuit by that. But that's ok to me if everything goes all right! But here's the problem, I paid for premium shipping by UPS, and I had waited for a long time without any tracking number and purchasing receipt from them! Their representative Alex were so impatient and rude to me when I asked for shipping information and the receipt! Finally the product were delivered by FedEx that was not I paid for! They blamed the Canada custom for the the delay! Also, when the product was received, there was a pack of keycaps missing and I have contacted them, but my emails and calls were just ignored! I have been waiting for their reply for a week already! I knew business days matter. But it's been many business days already! I still not hear anything from them! I purchased it on Dec 14 2015! They seem like a fraud to me! i don not recommend anyone to purchase at their website anymore. they are just so unprofessional.
they tried to ask me to e-transfer the money to them, that's not appropriate for a professional company to ask its customer to do. I of course refused to pay for the product via e-interact transfer.
