att att scams prepayed return equipment shipment customers. usa california

Att does not acknoleage the reciepience of the package with returned equipment and charged me with nonreturned equipment fee.

It hapand to twice. First time they did not acknoleage the the recipt of the returned tablet two years ago. And they still did not return the refund.

Now it is 150$ uverse modem. They provided prepaid lable for return of defective equipment. And following thir instractions I drop off a package to broderick post office with ATT prepaid label which they provided. it was on October 5th or around those days, but att claims never received it. the package was addressed to SMARTLABEL RETURNS, PARCEL RETURN SERVICE BULK MAIL CENTER 56901.

 

. I took a picture of label it had bar codes and numbers 420 56901 9158 9010 0705 4131 5891 03. these numbers don't work as a tracking numbers but there was ANOTHER SET OF NUMBERS 725 00 95605 01 DSL1 02 00254F7UP. The label was saying no postage necessary if mailed within us. Permit number 77000. V160. BMC zip - USPS Parcel rtn svc.

 

att refuses to cooparation and demends tracking number. But they did not reqest me to obtain a tracking at time of shipment as pecially when they prepaid it.

 

After this time i am not willing to give up on this scam.

Thank you. I resolved this after many hours on the phone. They resolved it as a courtesy not as they must had done it.

Hello, I read your report and, if it is not too late, I have a solution for you.  I read that you could not track the package.  You are typing in the wrong numbers.(It is confusing)  You will need to start with the 9158 and leave off the first part of the tracking number.  Type the rest of the tracking starting with 9158 and it will come up with tracking information along with the delivery info. It shows that it was picked up by agent (att) Oct 2 2013.  Hopes this helps you get your $$ back from those ATT pinkos
