Nov of 2007 i went out of the country for 2 months. I cancelled my sattelite service after 2 plus years at that time.

Jan 25 2008 I returned and learned I forgot to pay my phone bill. This required 450.00 to turn my phone on! I hadn't returned my DVR, so to expedite my phone restoration I paid the full 450.

I mailed the DVR back which they received in february.
Finally, in July they said when my August bill came, to call them and they would "overnite" my 300. DVR deposit. Sounded fishy.

August they couldn't do it. I filed a report with the MI attorney general.

After 2 months I contacted them. They were behind but "would get to it in a couple weeks.
I contacted ATT Dishnetwork again telling them my car would now become a rolling advertisement for them. After an hour on hold, the lady contacted corporate and assured me if I called back in3-5 days I could have my money.

I wondered why they couldn't just send it to me.
After 5 days they told me in 2-3 billing cycles (months) I could have my money. I was dumbfounded and assurred them they could drive by my house tomorrow.

After driving for 2 months with" Att Dishnetwork are Thieves" on 3 sides of my car windows I'm tired of explaining to everyone. Mi bell all over.
I'm going to small claims court to file tomorrow. I figure the 300. has substantially increased proportionate to what they charge if my monthly bil is late. It must be nice to have the opportunity to exersize monopoly power. i'M UNEMPLOYED and could use the money- Christmas and all.
These thieves have no concern for individuals and I advise avoiding them. Plus, direct tv has much better programming.
