Daughters IPhone would not charge (less than a year old) she took it to the att store and they said it would cost $200 to fix and because it was an internal problem it wouldn't last. I requested that she bring the phone home when she came for a visit, i performed a re-boot and the phone charges fine. Numerous attempts to let att rectify and was treated in a condesending manner.

The store took advantage of my daughter, they could have re-booted or at least talked her through it but didn't, they were interested in selling a phone. They ripped us off !!!!

Since you are so concerned about your daughter's lack of a backbone...why didn't you go with her?
