I am a home owner and I am a family home provider for someone that in mentally challenged. This person had UVERSE installed in my house without my knowledge and now there is and UVERSE box on the side of my house and holes in my walls. I do not understand how ATT could install this equipment without an owners consent. Secondly this person has had their ATT phone shut off several times previous to the installation and was not in good standing. Does ATT use predatorial sales tactics to prey on the mentally challenged?

that he is mentally challenged? SHould companies not do buisness with the mentally challenged? Did At+t know that he wasn't the homeowner?

Of course, around here, people that rent property do this sort of thing daily. I'm not sure how its AT+T's responsibility to know the mental ability of their customers.
