I am writing this email in reference to improper billing on ATT wireless part. I will explain my case with this company. I had a rate which included a national plan and roaming charges to provide me with the amount of service I needed to travel.

On the the 11th of this month I changed my rate plan to a local plan because of a position change. At which time I was not told that this would back date and change the rate on my account.

When the rate change took place it accumulated airtime and roaming charges totaling $710. My original plan was $86 for a national plan. I had since spoken with Cindy who offered me a credit of $310 and Richard who told me that it was my responsibility to know the way the rate changes occur.

I wanted to know if there is anything that can be done with this case. In their computer system they are declaring they have explained this information to me. That is not the truth at all as well as supposely calling me back to explain the change which was also never done as well.

I appreciate your consideration in this matter.
