Att Worldnet Suspended My Account For Raising Stink Over Their Referral Program Ripoff Internet
Tried their referral program as fundraising means for one of my non-profit agencies. Referred 19 people who signed on and as of December 2003, 10 users have were eligible for the $30 per referral incentive. Never saw a penny from ATT.
These referal programs are nothing but flat out scams to trick their customers into doing their work in keeping the ATT business afloat. I raised a big stink over this and ATT responded by suspending my account since Jan 9, 2004. I tried to resolve this issue with ATT and they have made themselves extremely difficult to deal with.
I'm not going to belive anyone that paints rosey rebuttal to my complaint.
