I wanted to reread an email which was in the second batch of 25 messages when starting from the newest messages. I clicked on next to see the second screen. The screen froze.
After going through the sequence twice with the same result, I went to the help area. On learning that email support no longer existed, I opted for a chat session.
I opened a session. The system gave a first name of a chat assistant. I described the problem above. The so-called chat assistant did not respond at all.
I went through that sequence two more times, each time with a different name of a chat assistant. In each case, the chat assistant did not respond.
I went to a feedback session to report the activity. The system refused to send the report when I clicked on submit.
