DO NOT SELL ANYTHING to this "man". He is a rip-off artist. My company sold him a $1100.00 special order. He was visited by FedEx 3 times, left a note to contact their Brooklyn hub to pickup the package. He then contacted me and said he wanted his money back. The product had been returned to the warehouse, and was ready to be shipped back out to him. Dmitry Kovalenko refused, cussed, and called MASTER CARD which ripped the funds out of my account without hearing from my side at all. They state that he could have accepted the package, then demanded his money back, and got away with the money and the merchandise. I think this is ridiculous. These credit card companies are making it way too easy for thieves "SHOPPING" online. This is a lesson to my company, and yours, too...

FIRSTLY: DO NOT SELL ANYTHING TO DMITRY KOVALENKO in BROOKLYN, NY

SECONDLY: HAVE SIGNIATURES REQUIRED ON ALL ORDERS

THIRDLY: ON SPECIAL ORDERS, FAX COPY OF RELEASE FORM TO CUSTOMER AND HAVE FAXED BACK (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Dmitry Kovalenko has pulled this one off, and Master Card has helped him. We have no recourse, and are out $1100.00, luckily we DID receive the merchandise, THANKS TO FEDEX for not leaving this package at his door (as Dmitry had suggested, HA YAH RIGHT) for that.

ONCE BURNED, TWICE LEARNED,

KajunKraut
