Attorney John Buczyna(my attorney) and James Chesloe (defendants attorney),  Stole my sons Child support.

Attorney Buczyna failed to collect on the child support and medical coverage ordered by the courts.  This order was mandated in child support court.
The child had sigificant health problems due to ADHD, Asthma, severe Eczyma.

I was called by attorney Buczyna's office and told the case had been given a set trial date.  I arrived at court at the appointed time and I was informed by Attorney Buczyna that the judge was on vacation. The day of trial the attorneys spent 4 hours looking for a new judge to hear the case.  The case was moved to domestic dissolution court instead of child support; the law differs in child support and dissolution of marriage.  Attorney Chesloe manipulated this case to get the best outcome for his client.  My attorney went along with it because it benefited him as well.

When brought into Judge Moshe Jacobius' courtroom the attorneys claimed no record of the child support order.  I handed my attorney the court order and she said the the obligor on the court order could not be proven to be the father of the child, it could be the employer the father worked for.  This was untrue on the back of the court order for child support it spells out the obligor is the parent paying support.  They refused to acknowledge this. Therefore they did not collect on any of the medical benefits which was well over $30,000.00.

Attorney Chesloe was the attorney of record at the time the case was decided and entered.  He denied any knowledge of this document ever existing (Beware if this is not your attorney).  I the Plaintiff brought this fact to Judge Moshe Jacobius' attention, Attorney Chesloe denied this, Attorney Buczyna refused to allow the paperwork I brought to course to be submitted to the judge.  Judge Moshe Jacobius stated benignly "I am sure Attorney Chesloe would not stoop to such tactics".

The  court file had many of the original documents removed from it, per Attorney Buczyna's request, the original child support document being one of them.

According to the law, someone found in contempt of court is liable for all legal fees, since they moved the case into domestic dissolution court the law changed.  I was charged all of the legal fees Attorney Chesloe, walked out of court stealing well over $70,000 in unpaid child/medical support and plaintiff lost most of the child support owed to her to Attorney Buczyna.  Attorney Buczyna stole from his client as well.  There were court charges applied to the attorneys bills that were done by the states attorneys office.  This means he billed me for work he never did. He also claimed difficultly due to the international issues around the case, however the paperwork in that regard was done by myself long before the case ever came to him, but he claimed that work in order to further justify his theft.  The reason the case showed back up in court was I had Attorney Chesloes Clients passport frozen.  He could not return to the states until he resolved the arrears in child support.  All Attorney Buczyna  had to do was to total the support medical bills and collect them he failed his fiduciary responsibility to this client.

Judge Moshe Jacobius sanctioned this behavior by agreeing to hear this trial with no knowledge of child support law or the case being tried in front of him.  Domestic  dissolution and child support cases have totally different laws.  Judge Moshe Jacobius allowed this miscarriage of justice and stole the child's college fund with his rulings.

I went to ARDC who claimed that it was a matter of opinion as to if Attorney Buczyna had represented his client fairly. They claimed it was a difference in opinion in how to "defend" the case despite the fact that he had done nothing to represent his client's interests. Buczyna failed in his fiduciary responsibility and the ARDC refused to acknowledge that.
