I once owed $1500 to the state of Tennessee. At the time Cheadle intruded into my life, I had paid $900 and still owed $600. In 6 days I will make my last payment and be done with this small debt.

With no receivership whatsoever, Cheadle attempted to sue me for $1500 (not $600). He sent two well-dressed men to my elderly parents home. My parents are in their late 80s, and I haven't lived with them for decades. His people terrified my very old parents, exacerbating my father's nervous condition and my mother's heart condition. I was furious.

I contacted the Rutherford County Clerk's Office and told them about this criminal act of contacting and terrifying my elderly parents. I was told by one "Joy" that Mr. Cheadle dresses well and is a nice man. I informed "Joy" that Cheadle has no standing to represent the State of Tennessee in civil or criminal matters, that he has a record, and that he has been disbarrred in another state. I further informed her that the Clerk's office is aiding and abetting his criminal activity. "Joy" thought this was funny and proceeded to read very loudly in the Clerk's office every civil case in which I have ever been involved. My issue with "Joy" is not just a violation of my privacy but added slander in that she incorrectly and very loudly proclaimed that I had lost judgments which I had actually won and furthermore that I owed money that I did not owe.

I now turned to the Tennessee Attorney General's Office with complaints against both Cheadle and "Joy." I was informed by the Tenn. AG's Office that the Rutherford County Clerk's Office had improperly issued detainers to Cheadle; the Attorney General's Office handles ALL civil matters concerning the state or concerning its institutions, including the matter of the small balance I still owed on a small debt. I was given a time to call back; I declared complaints against the Clerk's Office and Cheadle Law. The matter seem to be settled.

Cheadle grew worse. On a piece of typing paper, he or his minions feloniously prepared a FAKE detainer warrant and taped it to my parent's door. If this monster (remember, $600) does succeed in dragging me into court, I'm bringing his FAKE detainer, receipts of my payments, deposed evidence of his falsification of the debt record, and a bevy of subpoened witnesses. I truly believe, given his past written remarks to me, that his ego will bring him or a partner to Murfreesboro to pursue a false claim of $1500. You will rue that day, Ro (or do you prefer Ryan?). May the bailiff have a chore.

I have been informed that Geoffrey Cheadle is the attorney with a record and disbarment. John Cheadle's disciplinary and criminal record has yet to be researched, but it will be looked into. Further felonious activity of John Cheadle includes a fraudulent claim of judgment.
