You Said Shame On Anyone Who Would Pick Up The Phone And Believe What Lies You Crooks Had To Say? Personally, I Had My Doubt Until You Crooks Like Fleas On A Dog Refuse To Take No For An Answer. You Did Not Stop, Until Finally You Get Your Lies Across, Convincing Me That You Are The Only Able People In America That Could Help. It Worked For A While Until I Truly Get To See The Real Side Of You. I Will not Stop Until You Crooks Land In The Penitentary, My Money You Stole Is Given Back And My House Is Back On Track. The Evil That You Do To Your Fellow Mankind Will Certainly Come Back To Bite You In the A** . You Better Repent For The Evil You Do, For Judgement Day Is Coming, And Dont Forget That.

First and foremost, anyone who answers their phone and has someone tell them that they qualify for a loan modification and can get or pre-qualify for a 2% interest rate should hang up the phone. However, they don't because they will believe anyone who tells them that they can beat the system. You give your banking information, social security number to a voice on the phone. Your told that the "underwriter" has approved you for the Making Home Affordable program and not once do you investigate this by calling your lender. You have just given your private information to a marketing company. They in turn send your information to the processing center who by the way is privately owned. The owner of this processing company pays to use an attorneys name so he can operate. If you pay $3000 in a retainer, the processing company gets $750 and the marketing company gets the rest. The attorney whose name is being used gets a salary from the processing company.

So my statement is shame on anyone who is so guilable to believe a voice on the phone. Shame on you when you decide that after months of work being done on your file you suddenly want a refund. You are no better than the marketing company. If you need mortgage help go to an attorney. One that you can sit in his office and speak to him. Unfortunatly you will discover that you don't qualify for a mod which is why you rather believe the voice on the phone.
